We were honored to provide our restoration services, including abatement, painting, and wall coverings, to the Divine Lorraine Hotel, Philadelphia’s most historic structure. The $44 million renovation was completed in 2017.  This Victorian landmark in North Philadelphia was transformed into a mixed-use building with 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and more than 100 luxury apartments.
