G.C. Zarnas is selected for its expertise in multiple services to many Philadelphia projects. For this new 31-story Philadelphia condo tower at One Dock Street, G.C. Zarnas is performing interior painting, line striping, cover coat applications, and fireproofing. G.C. Zarnas also installed a new slide-bearing plate and performed concrete repairs through its concrete and masonry repair and restoration division. One Dock Street stands 372 feet tall and features 272 rental apartments connecting to the Marriott Hotel adjacent to the site. The high-rise will join Architect I. M. Pei’s three Society Hill Towers that have dominated the area since 1964.
