It’s back to school for not only students but commercial painting contractors! G.C. Zarnas was the official painting contractor for Lehigh University’s Bridge West Residence Hall. The new building is 142,000 square feet with 405 beds, a cafe, fitness center and an outdoor gathering space. In addition to new construction, G.C. Zarnas provides maintenance painting for many colleges and universities. Dorms and common areas are the most popular projects as these areas are required to be refreshed annually. These small spaces receive a great deal of wear and tear, in addition to hallways and stairwells which easily take the brunt from book bags to athletic gear, scuffing surfaces, and chipping paint.
