G.C. Zarnas was retained by construction manager, Barton Malow, to perform vehicular expansion joint sealant work in a multi-level parking garage; intumescent fireproofing, plus low-density cementitious (spray-applied) fireproofing and high-density cementitious (trowel-applied) fireproofing. G.C. Zarnas also performed epoxy and general paint for the new arena.
